Hello, I am Mathieu Denglos, a highly motivated system engineer with a high interest in the railway industry, more specifically for on-board systems (ERTMS, PIS, ...), line-side signaling as well as the design and implementation of IT solutions for the rail of tomorrow.
My academic foundation lies in a Master degree in Railway Engineering from ESTACA Paris-Saclay. Its program provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the entire railway system (from the rolling-stock to the infrastructure, including their conception, maintenance and tenders process), while also delving deeper onto my specialized fields (rolling-stock design, signaling, ...).
I currently leverage this knowledge at SNCF Réseau as a "Railway Engineer and System Architect", in which I design and develop simulation tools for interlocking systems within signal boxes. These tools will significantly improve the efficiency of signal boxes creation, management and maintenance, but also the efficiency and quality of field operator's training.
I also possess strong technical skills in programming languages like Python, C++ and LaTeX as well as in CAD softwares including SolidWorks and Fusion360.
Thriving in dynamic environments, I am highly adaptable with a strong aptitude for learning and applying new technologies and industry standards. This adaptability also extends to work culture, allowing me to seamlessly integrate and contribute within divers teams and settings.
I am currently seeking a full-time position in the railway industry, commencing in November of this year, anywhere around the world. While my focus lies within my areas of specialty, I am open to exploring opportunities that offer new challenges and learning experiences.
